HoRNet is a plugin developed by Daniel Cordoba. HoRNet is a
DJ-like FX processor with a virtual mixer, knobs and a customizable
effect chain.
Main features:
Using the “FX view” you can create presets that you can
recall in any position at any time. The FX view is customizable, in
that it can be restricted to only visible effects, you can see also
the hotkey bars. Also you can see the control of the parameters that
each FX box is passing through.
The “FX view” is the new home for the user to set the
parameters of the effect chain. All parameters can be moved and
modified in real time to obtain the final effect.
The “Main view” is the main area where the user can
scroll through the effect chain and realize all the effects that it
contains, depending on the different FX boxes installed, you can have
up to 30 different FX boxes.
The “View” window is the area that represents the
effect chain. All the effects are shown sequentially, depending on
the order in which the user sets them in the “FX view”. If the user
changes the order of the effects, then the new order is shown in the
view window.
From the left side of the program the user can choose
the start and stop buttons, also you can activate or deactivate
effects by clicking the buttons with their respective name, let’s say
if the effect is active it will appear in the view window.
Also a speed control from 0 to 10, and an extra audio track in the program’s view window.
2. The Ableton Performance Suite includes the ability to play with track effects using Live’s automation.
3. If the operation of the controls in each effect doesn’t satisfy you, then you can use the Fx Rack.
