Clicking this button makes that window stay on top of all other windows.<\/p>\n<p>Hello,<\/p>\n<p>Thank you for your message, I have not come across an app that can accomplish this, but there are two programs that claim to do it, but they don&#8217;t perform this way, at least not to my knowledge.<\/p>\n<p>System Configuration Editor (\/cfgmgr) allows you to change some system properties that can be seen in the System Properties dialog on your desktop. When you click the button that says Turn off display scaling, the dialog changes to display the system properties.<\/p>\n<p>Task Manager Only turns off the display scaling and it is not an app. It is part of Windows operating system.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you for your response to this question.
