\nbeen manually classified. Recently, efforts have been made to
\nautomate this task, which leads to significant time-savings, since
\nimage-based yeast cell morphologies can be obtained at an
\nintermediate throughput compared to real-time. In this work, we focus
\non isolating three major aspects of image-based yeast cell
\nmorphology: (1) identification of cells, (2) identification of yeast
\nmorphologies, and (3) identification of cell cycle stages (Figure 2).
\nWe use a large, annotated dataset containing microscopic images of
\ndifferent yeast species, which we manually classified into thirteen
\ndifferent yeast morphologies (Table 1). Each set of cells in our
\ndataset is labeled with a yeast species and a yeast cell cycle stage
\n(further details can be found in the Methods section).<\/p>\n

nginx is an open-source web server that is more compact in size, can handle more concurrent requests than Apache httpd and is fast.<\/p>\n
But which one is better? Does nginx support PHP, a light framework like Symfony or CodeIgniter or LAMP and does it support caching?<\/p>\n
Just to add, if you have a high traffic website, I’d suggest Apache, with PHP, Symfony or CodeIgniter, which can handle thousands of concurrent requests. If your traffic is only between 100 and 1000 concurrent, I’d suggest nginx, with PHP, Symfony or CodeIgniter.<\/p>\n
