EasyImageSizer allows you to resize and convert images in an easy manner.<\/p>\n
The application can be easily used by rookies and veterans alike because its interface is friendly and simplistic.
\nImport the images into your PC by using either a Windows Explorer context menu, file browser, folder or “drag and drop” method.
\nAfter that, set the source size and destination and you’re all set to start working with the program. In the list of files, look for the source path to each file and you’ll see it for yourself.
\nThe list can be further expanded by including or excluding certain files, as well as you can edit their file names, file type, width or height. When you’re satisfied with the layout, click “OK” to jump to the main window and change the settings accordingly.
\nAfter changing the settings, you have the option to adjust the quality of your picture. Additionally, you can fit the image to a certain aspect ratio by rotating it or change the EXIF tag data.
\nFor larger batches, you can also add a picture with an overlay, rename files, adjust the sizes or rotate pictures.
\nIn general, EasyImageSizer is a simple and straightforward tool for image processing. Even though the interface is not the best around, it has a good response time, quickly finishes a task and manages to keep a good image quality after resizing and conversion. No errors have occurred during our tests and EasyImageSizer did not freeze or crash.<\/p>\n
Quality issues
\n* In the original version of EasyImageSizer, there were quite a few quality issues: the color conversion did not always work, many pictures were badly over-scanned, there were quite a few black textures (because of certain aspect ratios), etc.<\/p>\n
The UI was clean though and easy to use. The solution for these problems was a simple one: we imported only images with RGB color mode and the pixel format of 48 bit. The application then worked very well and never created quality issues.<\/p>\n
