Load custom module when creating a new page<\/p>\n

I’m pretty new to Drupal 7 and I need some help.
\nI have a module, that has a configuration page, that defines if a user has access to it. Now I need to know, where to place this code in Drupal, so that it only works for pages, that are created by the user. I’d tried in the hook_menu of my module, but when I load the page of the module it works too.

Should be in hook_menu(), if you want to check this in pages you create you have to create a hook_menu() for the pages and than from a custom module you want to check.
\nIn the case of your custom module, you have to use hook_menu() to create a url that will have your custom module configuration, my suggestion is create another module that will be like my_module_config and it will have inside the configuration page.
