    \nMany of you may remember the classic Ultima Online working title that we had planned for a DAoC themed MMORPG. We launched as Ultima Underworld Online before eventually becoming Ultima Online (since many including ourselves did not know the difference between the PC game and the console game). With Aion, I believe we are now building a franchise that will expand our beloved Ultima Universe and leave AoC in the past. It is the next chapter in the Ultima Universe, but not Ultima Returns, and not Ultima from the past. It is an addition to the Ultima Universe.<\/p>\n

    The story begins 800 years before Ultima Online and shares the begining of our story. The setting is yet undetermined, but I will be asking fans and watchers of Ultima to help decide the setting and our characters.<\/p>\n

    I guess one of the things I didn’t mention in the video is that each character you level from level 1 will have choices in the character’s life. Players will be able to mold a character they want to play because Ultima is like a sandbox type of game. You pick and choose what to do about everything in your worlds unlike the single player games that allow you to be completely in control.<\/p>\n
