At first glance, it may not appear that much was added to the game for this release.     The controls are pretty simple. With a single analog stick, you can control the camera. The buttons on the right side of the screen are used to move the cursor in the direction that you press them and on the left side is used to move the cursor in the opposite direction. You can move the cursor any distance at any time by pressing the analog stick in the direction that you want to move the cursor. In addition to the analog stick, there is a circle button on the left side of the Joy-Con. Pressing this while pressing the analog stick in the direction that you want to move the cursor will move the cursor in that direction.<\/p>\n

    It is also possible to move the cursor in other directions using the L and R buttons. The cursor does not move in the opposite direction of the button that you press. For example, if you press the R button twice, the cursor will move two times in the same direction. This is not very intuitive but works fine for the most part.<\/p>\n

    One of the differences between this game and Pok\u00e9mon Go is that you can move the cursor using the direction pad on the Joy-Con. This makes it easier to navigate the game world and make moves. The cursor moves one tile forward and one tile back. There is no boost function as well. However, you can see the distance that you can move using the D-pad. This way, you can make sure that you get to where you want to go. In the beginning, I found this very annoying but it grew on me over time.<\/p>\n

    \nPost-reperfusion injury and the shedding of endothelial progenitor cells (EPC) from the intima is associated with increased injury and poor neurologic outcome after stroke. In this study, we analyzed the effect of the natural hypolipemic agent atorvastatin and of the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) aspirin on the recruitment of EPC from human bone marrow in rats after transient middle cerebral artery (MCA) occlusion. Male Wistar rats, stimulated with endothelial colony-forming cells (ECFCs), were exposed to MCA occlusion (45 min) followed by reperfusion. Experimental groups were: 1) atorvastatin-treated animals (40 mg\/kg ip, n = 6); 2) aspirin-treated animals (10 mg\/kg ip, n = 9); 3) saline-treated animals (n = 10); and 4) sham-operated animals (n = 10). EPC were stained with double-labeling immunohistochemistry, and the sites of ECFC recruitment in the ischemic brain region were quantified by direct comparison of the number of ECFC-labeled cells in the periischemic and contralateral brain areas, 7 days after MCA occlusion. Both atorvastatin and aspirin treatment inhibited the number of bone marrow-derived EPC in the ischemic region, whereas similar injections of saline did not affect EPC number. In aspirin-treated animals, however, the dramatic fall in the number of bone marrow-derived EPC induced by cerebral ischemia was significantly attenuated. By this study, we provide the first evidence that atorvastatin and aspirin impair ECFC migration as well as homing after cerebral ischemia in a rat model.
