Again, I am struck by the number of very talented bloggers who are former students of mine. No, I don’t mean I was popular with them, or that I took them under my wing, or that they were a source of inspiration. I don’t know that it’s any of those things. What I mean is that they’re so talented, and their work so worthy, that I’m amazed that they’re not better known.

This piece, at this link, of a recent visitor to my blog, fits the bill. Not only is it well written, it’s interesting. It’s about a book that challenges us all, and not just in a liberal-conservative way. Yes, that, too, but also in a human rights way.
