1. Click and drag a box, as shown in Figure 2-3.

2. Press Enter.

The image is now cut from the selection box. You see the remainder of the image behind the selection.

3. Use the Backspace key to delete the selection box.

4. Click and drag the selection box to the new location.

The new area of the image is selected. You can resize the selection box to select the same area of the image that you want to select. For example, you may want to select only the hair of a person in the image.
