I’m trying to make a long click event in jquery. I’ve set up some variables to get the x and y values of the clicked div, then I use that information to subtract with the position of the div on the screen to determine if the user has clicked on the div. It works if I click within the div, but as soon as I click any part of the screen it doesn’t seem to trigger the click event.
