Reflexions is a tool that will enhance the appearance of your opened windows by adding a water ripple effect to the opened windows. The program has to be run as a child program of Notepad.exe or any other program you want to see an enhanced view of the opened windows. There are 5 different water ripple effects you can get: Basic, Bliss, Rocks, Bubbles, The beach Basic is the default effect which is the perfect solution for a water ripple effect. Rocks is a new type of effect that will change the basic effect into a slow moving ones as described in a general way to it. Bubbles is more of a simple effect with the rendering of bubbles falling to the opened window’s background. The beach is an effect with a custom rendering of the water ripples. You can also just use these water ripples in your own photos or drawings to have an enhanced look. Below you can see a screen capture of the basic effect just before you run the program for the first time. The next screen shot is the effect after you let it run for 5 minutes. Here is another one after letting it run for 10 minutes. You can see how these effects are added to the opened windows. I am able to get the left window to look like a reflection of the right window. We can also see that it is all a bit slow and you can see the load times and general performance of the program. The beach effect can be greatly enhanced to look like an actual picture. Below you can see the beach effect right before the water effect is added to the opening windows. Here is the effect after adding the water ripple effect to the opening windows. Reflexions has one nice feature: It is able to update the water ripple effects if you opened multiple windows and then closed them. It will update the water ripple effect with the new opened windows.
