It's a Chrome extension, also available for Firefox, that replaces clickbait thumbnails with stills from videos and reformats titles in order to get rid of annoying words written in ALL CAPS.

This extended is very helpful. It won’t show the thumbnail of any videos that are private, but that’s fine because I don’t need to see the picture to know what the video is about. Other than that it’s a perfect extension. I always have it installed on my Chrome browser.
