Appellant was convicted of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. The trial court sentenced her to a term of ten years imprisonment. Her sole point for reversal is that the evidence was insufficient to sustain the conviction. We agree and reverse.
Officer Robert Brown testified that he was on patrol when he observed appellant following an automobile in which were four passengers. Brown observed appellant make a U-turn, saw him stop momentarily after the automobile had turned, and saw him make another U-turn in front of the automobile he was following. Brown said that he followed appellant and activated his overhead lights but she turned into a driveway which had no sidewalk. Brown said he then went back and pulled up behind her automobile. Brown did not have the car in question in his possession when he began following it but had it later when he stopped it and arrested appellant.
Brown said appellant stated that she had picked up the four passengers in Fort Smith and was taking them home to her house in Fort Smith. He said that one of the passengers, who had been asleep, had
