The Prodigies cartoon tells about the fate of five New York teenagers with superpowers in a not very successful period of transitional age. Their main dream is to become a famous rock band, even if they are teenagers. But in this seemingly simple story, there is much more important than music – the desire to be yourself, and for this you need to gather all your strength. And, of course, the fear of failure.
The film “He the Dragon” (aka “The Secret of the Dragon”, aka “He’s Here”) is an adaptation of the novel of the same name by Richard Matheson. The film told about the famous adventure in the Himalayas, after which the hero of the novel is called the Black Dragon. His life in the mountains was carefree, but tragic, if he had not been distracted from the path by one small adventurer. The protagonist of the picture, a member of the London police, travels through India and Tibet with a journalist and her nephew.
Brad Pitt is the epitome of determination. Unlike many other actors, there is no chilling detachment in him. And even if he is not at all such a villain as he is often portrayed, this role was still very difficult for him, and only therefore we can safely say that he did it.
The film evokes mixed feelings, at some points it is not particularly pleasant that children play dangerous games. But it’s a very beautiful and good movie. Looking forward to part 2.
