Installation:
============
To get BrainVISA, please download a stable release version from the download page. Then, run the file BrainVISA_UNIX.sh. All the libraries required by BrainVISA are installed in the directory where you have run the script, for example, if you are in the folder from which you have run the BrainVISA_UNIX.sh script then you have to go to this folder.
Usage:
======
BrainVISA is distributed with a simple control panel. Instructions for the use of this panel are available on the BrainVISA Readme file.
Download, Install, and Run:
============================
1. Download the release version from the download page.
2. Run the file BrainVISA_UNIX.sh
3. Go to the directory containing the BrainVISA application (for example, to the directory in which BrainVISA_UNIX.sh is executed).
4. You will be asked to give a name for the BrainVISA application. This name is used by BrainVISA in the following:
– BrainVISA_UNIX.sh script
– The control panel.
– Some configuration files
– The configuration files of the command lines of BrainVISA
