This event is triggered whenever the screen of my phone is either on or unlocked.
The first part of this step is to create a new task for a “Tasker Event” called “Screen On”.

My Day allows you to create tasks for each day of the week. It can be used as a daily organizer to help manage your day-to-day tasks, to help plan ahead, to set goals for each day, and to keep track of important things that you do in your day.
Additional Notes:
My Day is currently in its free version. This means the only limitation to this program is that you can only save 20 tasks at a time. That being said, with the ability to change the theme as you see fit, this limitation, if true at all, is just not enough to catch any serious attention. The application name My Day: Plan your Goals is a little misleading in this day and age. It’s not really a daily organizer for achieving your goals. Let me explain that further.
The use of the program
Regardless of the fact that it has limitations and isn’t really a daily organizer, it seems to be somewhat popular as a task manager. One of the reasons behind this is the way in which you can easily add tasks to the program. With this, you don’t have to go through the hassle of the traditional paper method. It’s simple to add tasks, mark them as important or not, add notes and steps, add tasks to your immediate plan, add events you wish to attend and more.
The mechanics behind it
You can add tasks to the program by using the drag and drop method. You can also drag tasks from a recently completed to a future to-do list. This is all the app has to offer really. There are no menus, file management, drag and drop or anything else like that. One of the things you can do though is to change the theme of the app from bright to dark. You can also mark tasks as a priority from 1 to 5.
The simplicity of it all is a plus
The fact that it’s simple is a major plus as far as this program is concerned. You can’t really add tasks to other days, have a to-do list for the month, or anything else. All you can do is plan your immediate day. One of the reasons behind the fact that this program is so basic is because that’s its main purpose. All it does is plan your day.

My Day: Plan your Goals spells its purpose right from its title. It helps create to-do lists for each particular day. This is the beauty of it. It lies in its simplicity. You can’t create lists for other days, plan that far ahead. It was designed to help you organize immediate tasks you would like to undergo. In this respect, it manages to do just great. Unfortunately, its simplicity also means a lack of features, some probably useless anyway, but some quite important.

Both the strong and weak points all relate to the simplicity of this program. On the one hand, it’s easy to use. All you can do is add tasks, mark some of these as important, add notes and steps explaining how to complete them and check the things you manage to finish. That’s it. Add the fact that you can change the theme of the application from dark to light and you’ve got pretty much everything this app can do listed right here.
My Day is an application that is definitely useful. If you can overlook the fact that it can be quite simplistic and consequently decide to view it as an advantage, this program will most likely become a daily routine for any individual attempting to become more organized in undertaking tasks for the day.
