Tons of issues right off the bat: 1. It’s fucking impossible to carry 2x Haste/Luck/Critical Strike runes and resistance runes at once. Like, it might be possible in most other situations, but when you’re combining mandatory stats with just one rune slot and half of a slot for potions, you have to suck it up. 2. Oh yeah, pre-game cinematic. Need I say more? It’s fucking shit. They could at least have found an equally dramatic way to tell you your character is a Tarnished, or how they got their name. 3. I guess they’re parrying on Medium, Medium, and Heavy attacks, but dang it, every screen before the battle began showed how easy you’d be to kill with a light attack. It should at least be possible to parry a quick attack. I wouldn’t be surprised if they actually don’t “know” what a parry is anymore and they just lowered the defense of the blocks instead.
