Why is the global destructor not called for objects created in a thread?

For Windows 8.1, I have tested with VS2015, when I create a thread and quit it, but later calling destructor of the object of the thread didn’t cause all threads(which are created in the previous run) to call their destructor simultaneously, why?
MSDN says:

The destructor of the object will run whenever it is no longer used and no references to the object remain.

PS: I don’t call the destructor of the object in thread just to test.

what is the way for to use data from sql in ssrs?
I need to make the data in sql or excel and put the data in a sds.
i used web service with the SQL query or Excel but when i put the data in ssrs i can not find data for the charts.

I have similar requirements, currently, I can suggest you one way, which is selecting your data in sql in a table and use this table in SSRS to showing that data.
The way of doing this is create a new dataset of selected table and use this dataset as source for creating a new dataset.
Another way of doing this, adding a table in SQL with column like this (for example SQL table will be columns names)

Open the query and export it to excel.Then put this excel in Report and create a dataset as mentioned in below steps.
